The Client Service Coordinator position serves a liaison between Sunrise Medical Laboratories and the physician clients that we serve by providing customer care, on call support and office staff training. It requires face-to-face communication with the laboratory clients and various departments in the lab. The CSC is assigned specific accounts that must be serviced in their assigned areas. This position is bonus eligible based on a 95% retention rate.
This is a field position. This position requires the ability to drive varying distances between clients as well as lifting, climbing stairs, crouching, sitting or standing for long periods of time, and walking from building to building when necessary depending on territory. Requires light to medium lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Bachelor’s degree, clean and valid NYS driver’s license
